Who Is Michael Collins?
At the young age of sixteen, Michael Collins won the woodwind prize for the very first BBC Young Musician of the year competition. No more than a handful of years later did he make his American debut at Carnegie Hall, New York. Since then, he has performed numerous solos with many world renown orchestras such as the Sydney Symphony, the San Fransisco Symphony, and the BBC Symphony to name a few. He plays mostly chamber music and is considered one of the "Most versatile clarinettists alive today."
